REFUN POLICY

For Moda Week International Fashion Designers and entitle  participants. At Moda Week International, we uphold a clear and equitable refund policy for our fashion designers. We want to ensure you understand our approach: We do not issue refunds to fashion designers who opt not to participate in our events, regardless of the reasons behind their decision. Instead, we provide Production Credits to those who choose not to participate voluntarily. These credits can be utilized for future Moda Week International Fashion Designer events.

To be eligible for Production Credits, you must inform us in writing of your decision not to participate at least 60 days before the event's start date. Failure to meet this notification deadline may result in the denial of Production Credits.
Fashion designers can apply their Production Credits to offset the participation fee for any upcoming Moda Week International Fashion Designer event. The value of these credits will be subtracted from the total participation fee during event registration. Production Credits are valid for one year from the date of issuance. After this period, any unused Production Credits will expire and have no value. Please note that we reserve the right to modify or amend this No Refund Policy at our discretion, with any changes promptly communicated to fashion designers. By participating in Moda Week International, you agree to abide by this No Refund Policy.
